Our contract with you

Limitation of liability

Our total aggregate liability to you for all other direct losses arising under or in connection with the contract between us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to 100% of the total fees paid by you to us under that contract in the three months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
Refunds for digital products and subscriptions

  1. Digital Content (e.g., single papers): Due to the nature of digital content, once you have accessed a digital product, you lose your right to cancel and receive a refund, unless the product is faulty. Please check your order carefully before completing the purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us immediately at contact@novaeducation.uk and we will work with you to resolve it.
  2. Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of a pre-paid subscription period, but you will retain access until the period you have paid for ends. We do not provide refunds for subscription fees already paid.
Price and payment

  1. The price of the products or services (including VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. 
  2. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price advised is correct. However, it is always possible that some of the products or services we sell may be incorrectly priced.
  3. If we have to contact you regarding pricing, we will do so in writing. If the service or product's correct price is higher than the price stated, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.
  4. We accept payment by major credit/debit cards via our secure payment processor. All payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation.
Viruses, security, and linking
