Become a Nova tutor
Teach children in Years 2 to 6 from original Nova materials, within a clear method and a team that supports you.

What teaching for Nova involves
A defined method
Every programme follows six steps: assess, teach, practise, mark and reteach, measure, report. You teach to the structure, so the content does not depend on what each tutor decides week to week.
Nova materials
You teach from the Nova practice books and papers. Training on the Nova programme comes before your first session.
Entrance and curriculum programmes
Entrance preparation for 7+, 8+, 11+ and ISEB, and curriculum programmes in English and Mathematics, for children in Years 2 to 6.
At home first, then online
The first three sessions of every programme take place in the child's home. Every session after that is online.
A note after every session
You write a Session Note after each session, so parents see what was covered and what comes next.
Part of a team
Programme structure, assessment and reporting give you a consistent framework, and senior members of the team provide support and oversight.
Before you apply
